MYSTERY PRODUCTS AND RANDOMIZED CONTENTS

GLDN SQUISH specializes in mystery and randomized product assortments.

By purchasing a mystery product from GLDN SQUISH, you understand and agree that:

• The exact squishies, characters, designs, colors, styles, themes, sizes, and combinations included in your order are selected at random unless a specific item is expressly guaranteed on the applicable product page.

• Product photographs, videos, advertisements, social media content, promotional materials, and website imagery may display examples of products that may be available and are not representations or guarantees of the exact products you will receive.

• Purchasing a mystery assortment does not entitle the customer to receive any particular squishy shown in advertising, photographs, videos, customer orders, social media posts, or previous GLDN SQUISH packages.

• Duplicate, similar, or comparable products may occasionally be included unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page.

• The perceived desirability, collectibility, rarity, appearance, size, or personal value of an individual item is subjective and is not guaranteed.

• The number of items included in an order will be based on the minimum quantity or other specific quantity expressly advertised for the product purchased.

Customer disappointment with a particular randomized selection does not, by itself, mean that the product is defective, incorrect, or not as described when the order otherwise satisfies the guarantees presented on the applicable product page.

PRODUCT IMAGES AND ADVERTISING

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately.

Because GLDN SQUISH sells randomized assortments, images and videos showing individual squishies or collections should be understood as representative examples unless the applicable listing expressly states that a specific product is guaranteed.

Colors, shapes, designs, dimensions, materials, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing differences, lighting, photography, screen displays, supplier variations, and the randomized nature of our products.

Nothing displayed in promotional content should be interpreted as guaranteeing a particular assortment unless such guarantee is expressly stated in writing on the product page at the time of purchase.

PACKAGING

The term “Mystery Box” or similar terminology refers to the mystery or randomized nature of the assortment being purchased and does not necessarily describe the physical shipping container used to deliver the order.

Depending on order size, fulfillment requirements, inventory, destination, and shipping considerations, orders may be delivered in a box, mailer, protective package, bag, or other appropriate shipping packaging.

Unless a product page specifically states that a particular retail box, collectible box, or other packaging is included as part of the purchased product, the type of shipping packaging is not guaranteed and does not form a material part of the purchased mystery assortment.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

By completing an order with GLDN SQUISH, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable product description and understand the randomized nature of mystery products.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, quantity information, shipping information, and applicable store policies before completing your purchase.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, payment issues, or other circumstances reasonably requiring cancellation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER ISSUES

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and other order resolutions are governed by the Refund Policy published on our website.

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery and contact GLDN SQUISH if an order is damaged, missing items, contains an incorrect quantity, or otherwise materially differs from the guarantees provided on the applicable product page.

Where reasonably requested, customers may be required to provide photographs of the products received, packaging, shipping label, or other information necessary for us to investigate an order issue.

The receipt of randomized products that a customer personally dislikes, would not have selected individually, or considers less desirable than other possible products does not automatically qualify the order for a refund when the order otherwise complies with the product description and applicable policies.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact GLDN SQUISH directly regarding any order concern so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, GLDN SQUISH may provide the applicable payment processor, financial institution, card network, or dispute-resolution provider with relevant transaction information and supporting documentation, including where appropriate:

• Order details;

• Product descriptions applicable at the time of purchase;

• Customer acknowledgments;

• Shipping and tracking information;

• Delivery confirmation;

• Communications between the customer and GLDN SQUISH;

• Photographs or fulfillment records;

• Refund and return policies applicable to the transaction; and

• Other records reasonably relevant to determining whether the order was properly fulfilled.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a customer from exercising any legitimate rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with an order, refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback may result in refusal of future service and any other action available to GLDN SQUISH under applicable law.
